Refund policy

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you wish to return an item, please read the following carefully.

RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

1. ACCOUNT REQUIREMENT
To request a return, you must have an active customer account with us. Returns can only be submitted through our Shopify self-service return system. Returns requested by email or without an account will not be accepted.

2. HOW TO START A RETURN
To request a return:

  • Log in to your customer account: https://shopify.com/87267672409/account

  • Go to Order History and select the order you wish to return.

  • Click Request a Return and follow the on-screen instructions.

  • Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.

⚠️ Important: We do not provide prepaid return labels. All return shipping costs must be paid by the customer. Please ensure you arrange and cover the shipping yourself.

3. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be unworn, unused with all original tags attached.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Note: Items sent back without submitting a return request through the self-service system will not be accepted.

4. SALE ITEMS & PROMOTIONS
Items purchased on sale, with a discount, or during promotional campaigns are final sale and not eligible for return or refund, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

⚠️ Please Note: Returns cannot be processed without a tracking number. Always email your tracking number to return@yovlaq.com before shipping.

6. PROCESSING & RISK DISCLAIMER
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged return shipments. Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service. International returns may take longer due to customs clearance. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return inquiries submitted outside the Shopify self-service system may be ignored.


REFUND POLICY
We process refunds only for items returned through our Shopify self-service system and approved for return.

1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Returned items must meet the Return Eligibility requirements. Sale items and promotional items are not eligible unless defective or incorrectly delivered.

2. REFUND AMOUNTS
Refunds include the cost of the item only. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

3. REFUND PROCESS & TIMING
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take up to 5 additional business days for the refund to appear. Total estimated time: up to 15 business days from approval notification.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS

  • Items returned without prior approval through the Shopify self-service system.

  • Items returned in a condition that does not meet eligibility requirements.

  • Sale items or promotional items, unless defective or incorrect.
